Memberships may be purchased at the Administrative Assistant's office Monday through
Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. No membership registrations will be accepted without a valid
CSM-CWID and current BlasterCard. All verification inquiries regarding the status of a
student, faculty, or staff member's affiliation with the Colorado School of Mines
will be determined by the Office of the Registrar or the Human Resources Department.
We accept Cash or Check. We do not accept credit
cards and cannot bill student accounts. We no longer accept payroll deduction for CSM
Employees.
All memberships are non-transferable.

Spouses
A husband or wife of a current CSM Student, Faculty
or Staff member is eligible for a Student Recreation Center membership if their significant
other has paid the appropriate membership fee. Spouses must obtain a Recreation Center card
from the Administrative Assistant's office upon presentation of a valid marriage license.

Dependents (12 and Younger)
Children 12 years of age and younger must be directly
supervised (same activity area) by a parent or legal guardian at all times in the Student
Recreation Center. NOTE: Children 5 years of age or older are not permitted in the locker
room of the opposite gender.

Dependents (13 - 18 Years Old)
Dependents 13-18 years old (proof of age required) must pay
for their own BlasterCard and may use the Student Recreation Center during normal operating
hours. A parent or legal guardian must accompany the dependent throughout the membership
process and sign the Informed Consent/Release Form.
