MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Student Recreation Center Membership Eligibility
Membership to the CSM Student Recreation Center is determined by the eligibility requirements
listed below, and will be verified at the time of enrollment. Individuals who are
affiliated with CSM, as defined in the following categories, will have access to the facility
as long as they maintain their affiliation and pay a membership fee. The membership
affiliation office accepts cash or check.

CSM Individual Faculty & Staff - Individual Faculty or Staff members whose
membership fees are current, are eligible to use the facility upon presentation of their
CSM BlasterCard.

|
CSM Retired Faculty & Staff - Retired Faculty or Staff members are eligible for
access to the SRC under the same fee structure as current faculty and staff. A CSM
BlasterCard will be issued upon payment of membership fees.

|
CSM Student, Faculty, and Staff Spouses - Spouses are eligible for access to the
Student Recreation Center as long as their significant other is a recreation center member
and they pay the additional spouse membership fee. Spouses must obtain a Recreation Center
card from the Administrative Assistant's Office upon presentation of a valid marriage license.

CSM Student, Faculty, and Staff Youth - Youth ages 13 - 18 are eligible for access to
the Student Recreation Center as long as their Parent/Guardian is a recreation center member
currently enrolled or employed by the Colorado School of Mines during the semester and pay the
additional Youth membership fee.

Alumni Members - Alumni are eligible for access to the Student Recreation Center under
the same fee structure as students, faculty, and staff. In order to purchase a Student
Recreation Center membership, they must present proof of their membership with the Colorado
School of Mines Alumni Association. A reduced rate will also be available for Spouses and Youth
(13-18) of Alumni Members.

Lifetime Members - Lifetime Memberships to the Student Recreation Center are available
for current and/or retired CSM Faculty and Staff. Reduced rates are also available for the
Spouses and Youths (13 - 18) of Lifetime Members.

Guest Passes - All current Student Recreation Center members are eligible to sponsor up
to two guests per day. Guest passes are only good for the day that they are purchased. All
guests must sign in at the front desk and must remain with their sponsor at all times.
